I'm about to retire my 11 year old boy, his last competition is on Sunday :-( I'm hoping to still run him in veterans and anysize classes, as he loves it and is still comfortable doing jumps and tunnels, it's the twisty high grade courses he is now struggling with, due to an old shoulder injury. He gets physio every 6 weeks and I do balance cushion exercises with him at home. My question is what jump and tunnel exercises can I do with him over the winter that will still keep him jump fit, for veterans classes but isn't too strenuious on him?
Please help.
